Kenworth and Volvo of Mobile Kenworth of Alabama and Mississippi was established in 1978, currently has locations in Birmingham, Dothan, Montgomery, and Mobile, AL, and Jackson, MS. Our Mobile dealership has recently relocated to a brand new facility. We service customers throughout the entire state of Alabama, Mississippi, and the panhandle of Florida.  We represent Kenworth, Volvo, Hino, UD and Isuzu. Office Manager

 

This position is responsible for the following:

 

· Supervising accounting department employees

· Reconciling and monitoring various accounts and reporting to the corporate office

·  Reviewing, investigating discrepancies in, and processing accounts payable and receivable

·  Assisting customers over the phone and in person

·  Completing other accounting duties as needed

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

·  Reliable

·  Accurate

·  High attention to detail

·  Organized

·  Team-oriented

·  Supervisory experience

·  Minimum of 3 years general accounting experience

·  General computer knowledge, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

·  Ability to 10-key

·  Non-smoker
