The Office Manager will handle day-to-day administration assistance and oversee the Administrative Services staff. This position is located in Chicago and will report directly to the Director of Administrative Services.
Responsibilities:
Manage & Lead office support staffAssist in development of staffing strategyReview and prepare recommendations to make current vendor relationships more efficientFacilitate timely resolution of any and all maintenance/safety issues & concernsCoordinate and/or perform other agency tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum High School diplomaMinimum 5 years clerical/administrative experienceMinimum three years experience supervising administrative staff Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to exercise initiative and judgment Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
