Victor Community Support Services, SB FICS, is currently accepting applications for Office Services Manager. Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, the Office Services Manager is responsible for maintaining functional control over the financial, procurement, Human Resource Management and administrative support services.

 

Essential Requirements:

1. Experience related to modern principals of management

2. Bachelor level degree in a related field of business operations and office experience. Four years office experience with 2 years supervisory experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
3.  Minimum four years directly supervising staff of 4 or more


4. Basic knowledge of modern accounting principals

5.  Basic knowledge of the English language and effective communication skills

6. Experience in all aspects of Human Resources

7. Experience in Payroll processing

8. Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software operations and applications 
 

Desired Requirements:

 

1. Experience with development and maintenance of office management systems in a Mental Health or medical setting.

2. An advanced college degree in an appropriate field of study

3. Develops implements and maintains systems that establish a harmonious working environment that encourages employees to be creative, productive and vested in the goals of the Agency.
