Responsibilities include: Support Directors on the completion of their tax planning/business restructuring projects Estimate US and Foreign tax consequences Partner with legal to ensure timely completion Coordinate identification and resolution of financial reporting, treasury, and legal issues Adequately document financial analyses such that audit inquiries can be dealt with promptly Review completion of transaction binders Perform tax research and document results Liaise with members of financial reporting to ensure understanding of financial accounting treatment of the various tax planning transactions Requirements:Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Certified Public Accountant is preferred Master's of Tax or similar degree is preferred 3 to 6 years of experienceIdeally seeking: Knowledge of foreign tax systems and ability to develop regional expertise Accounting/financial reporting background Proactive approach to audit activities Ability to adapt to variable situations and flexibility to address evolving project design needs Ability to work with heavy workload, tight deadlines, as well as pressure and competing demands For immediate consideration please foward your resume in word format to Isabel.Lopera@ajilon.com Salary/Pay Rate: Pays up to 100k plus bonus About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
