As such we are looking to hire a hands-on US Online Fraud Supervisor with responsibility for ensuring seamless and swift order processing through the supervision of the US Online Fraud Team.

Summary of day-to-day responsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day work of US Online Fraud TeamManage weekly schedule to ensure permanent coverage to meet agreed service levelsSupervise induction and training of all new team membersActively participate in recruitment process including identifying requirements and interviewing candidates.Manage performance issues among team membersEnsure timely verification and approval of sales and refund ordersWork towards minimizing chargeback levels along with customer complaints, ensuring exceptional customer experienceStrictly abide by the company’s data protection policies safeguarding confidential and personal informationManage day-to-day chargeback disputing processLiaise with Customer Care and Personal Shopping on individual circumstancesWork with US Accounting Manager on implementation of business improvement projectsContinually consult with the team to identify and implement process improvementsResearch industry news and report new developments

 

Essential Skills & RequirementsProven fraud experience in a similar environment, preferably in the Card Not Present environment. Excellent analytical skills, eye for detail and high level of discretionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work to stringent deadlinesProactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the service of the customer finance function.Solid track record of exceeding expectations and improving proceduresAbility to use knowledge and judgement in decision making.Competent user of Excel and Outlook.Experience of managing workloads and schedules.

Location

You will be based at our Distribution Centre in Long Island City in Queens, NY

Hours

Your hours will be 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Fridays. However, additional hours may be needed during peak selling periods and, occasional weekend work may be required to ensure adequate weekend coverage
