Open Business Analyst role in Client Service at Donovan Data Systems

Responsibilities

· Identify immediate and intermediate client needs and organize business response

· Proactively monitor service issues and communicate status to client

· Proactively monitor expected systems work, product agenda and communicate to client

· Execute major segments of projects

· Identify tactical opportunities for client efficiencies and execute the follow up

· Complete knowledge of usage of business applications at clients

· Articulate and explain current business agenda

· Act in the role of Business sponsor

· Gain excellent conceptual knowledge of all media, client accounting or corporate accounting systems

· Understand the basics of the media industry and/or creative services



Qualifications

· Advanced degree preferred

· 3 or more years of experience

· Demonstrated leadership

· Strong working knowledge of MS Office

· Strong written and verbal skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Strong data analysis skills

· Familiarity with accounting systems or planning systems
