Operation Control Associate

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be largely responsible for reconciling positions and cash to external custodians and ensuring valid accounting records for our portfolios.  The group monitors exceptions and follows up with internal and external areas for resolution. 

 

A qualified candidate will have a detailed knowledge of all fixed income and/or equity instrument types as well as derivatives.  The Operations Control Associate will identify discrepancies between internal records and custodian records and resolve these exceptions accordingly. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of fixed income investment operations experience or fund accounting experience.  The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must be able to work well across multiple groups.  The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have strong analysis and problem resolution skills.  MS Office, Portia, TLM experience are a plus.
