 Job Description
This entry level operations accounting position will focus on maintaining business operating systems to facilitate timely and accurate processing of sales transactions, including maintaining all master files for customers, products and pricing. Responsibilities also include daily sales audit and order backlog management.

This is an entry level opportunity; a Bachelors degree is preferred, however not required for this position. This individual should be capable of handling multiple tasks for an accounting department with speed as well as accuracy.
The qualified candidate will possess the following:

 

●  Strong understanding of transaction flow.


●  Be able to create, implement, and maintain business processes and

procedures.

 

●  Must be able to demonstrate progressive experience with computer

programs/software.

 

●  Support reporting for account management.

 

●  Ability to review documentation for completeness and compliance with

financial policies and procedures.

 

●  Must be able to review account transactions and locate discrepancies

   regarding accounts, and serve as a liaison between departments in the

   resolution of administrative problems and inquiries.


●  Must have excellent analytical, verbal, writing and communication skills,

   as well as good organizational and time management skills.
