Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst ATI Allegheny Ludlum produces and markets a wide range of specialty metals, including stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium to end use markets such as aerospace, power generation, automotive, and housing. We deliver exceptional products and services to customers around the world.We are currently seeking a Operations Analyst for our Primary Operations group located in Midland, PA.This position will provide financial support for the Primary Operations team in Midland, PA. A strong finance background is required, along with the ability to think outside of the box to link the total process to enable optimum cost efficiencies. Support relating to yearly and monthly spending opportunity analysis, variance analysis, tracking and trending various budgets and global process valuation that assures optimum low cost product production is a must. This position will also work closely with scrap and raw material teams to assure optimization within the process.The successful candidate will become a key player in the operations team. RequirementsBachelor’s degree required, Industrial Engineering preferred, Accounting or Finance consideredWorking knowledge of Windows based computer applications (Excel and Access)Strong analytical and system experience (data manipulation, data warehousing, etc.)Excellent interpersonal communication skills and technical writing skills A minimum of three years experience working within a manufacturing environment is preferred. An MBA would be a plus as would experience working in the metals industry. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and possess the ability to work as part of a team. We offer an excellent salary, comprehensive benefit package, and relocation if necessary. For consideration, submit your resume and salary requirements. An equal opportunity employerAffirmation action for Females, Minorities, Veterans and the Disabled See Job Description
