Operations Legal Support SpecialistZions Bancorporation is seeking a highly motivated and focused individual as an Operations Legal Support Specialist.This person would be responsible for ensuring the corporation is compliant with all applicable state and federal laws, statutes and regulations by analyzing and processing information relative to legal issues. Processes legal documents that the corporation has been served including garnishments, levies, etc by performing necessary research, making recommendations and decisions, and resolving issues. Works with internal and external legal, law enforcement, Federal and State agencies, and public entities. Ability to provide superior customer support and problem resolution. Other duties as required.Qualifications Requires a High School diploma or equivalent Some directly related experience Knowledge of garnishments, levies, etc and all applicable laws, statutes and regulations.
