Operations Manager

Operations Manager develops and implements the operational plan to support the business units and growth goals of Bank. Specific areas of focus include but are not limited to Wire Transfer Activity, Commercial Depository Accounts including Check21 Services, Commercial Loan Accounts, Vault Cash Program, and Quality Control function. An understanding of the full range of Business and Treasury Management client services is required. The incumbent is a member of the Product Development Team, recommends revenue and system enhancements, is responsible for regulatory and compliance within multiple areas. Individual must have extensive experience with BSA/AML/CIP.

TO QUALIFY:

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Education: MBA or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: At least five years in financial services industry including at least five years in supervision. Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation preferred.

Preferred Experience: At least eight years in financial services industry including at least five years in supervision. Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation and commercial bank experience preferred.
