Operations Support/Administrative Assistant!
Our client, a local Fortune 500, is looking for smart, detail-oriented candidates in Operations/Administrative Support!
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Operations Team; this includes general cashiering and account change responsibilities (applying payments to accounts, reconciling accounts, closing accounts paid in full, issuing refund checks, and changing addresses or payment information) as well as appropriate documentation of work completed. Processing contracts while providing superior quality controlGeneral clerical, reporting, and administrative tasks as neededMonitoring workload in queues, reviewing account status, and following up on aging accountsCompleting necessary documentation of actions and proceduresData entry and word processing (using proprietary software, as well as Word and Excel)Professional interaction with customers, clients, and vendors to ensure satisfactionReview any incoming written communication for accuracy and completeness
The ideal candidate will be highly detailed with the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision in a deadline and quality oriented environment. Strong, accurate data entry skills and professional presentation required. Analytical skills - including the ability to review a situation and decide on the appropriate course of action - a must. Ideal candidate will be customer-focused with polished written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player who can work independently; the position has aggressive quantitative goals, including quality control and set quotas - and the Operations Associate will be held accountable for his/her decisions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of office experience
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word and Excel primarily) as well as Lotus Notes (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize (and reprioritize) workload throughout the day
