Responsibilities:

 Researches and responds to customer or sales inquiresPerforms collections phone calls to customer on assigned account baseProcesses price protection claimsAuthorizes, processes and researches stock balance returnsMaintains and reconciles accounts receivableMonitors customer payment performanceVerifies, validates, and resolves deductions taken on ARProcesses of delivery request for missing or short shipmentsAssists with team mailbox coverage and telephone supportMaintains department credit files for assigned customer baseNotifies customer base of price reductions authorized by corporateReviews and resolves EDI errors relating to purchase ordersPerforms reconciliation of discrepant returns with warehouse locations



Qualifications:

 

High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years of AR collections experience.  Associate degree in business is a plus.  Strong communication and customer service skills required.  Proficiency with MS Office required.  Experience with SAP or an enterprise resource planning software (ERP) is a plus.
