Responsibilities:

 Posts lockbox cash and wire transfers. Processes Accounts Receivable adjustments.Coordinates month end close with corporate office.Identifies, reports, and resolves invoice, credit card chargeback, and EDI discrepancies. Audits orders and credits per Sarbanes Oxley procedures.Reconciles credit card payments and fees. Processes proof of delivery requests based on missing or short shipments.Back up support for Master Record creation and maintenance, mailbox coverage and telephone support.Assists director/corporate accounting department in annual year-end audit.

 

Qualifications:

 

High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 years’ Accounts Receivable experience.  Associate degree in business is a plus.  Strong communication and customer service skills required.  Proficiency with MS Office required.  Experience with SAP or an enterprise resource planning software (ERP) is a plus.
