Because of our recent growth and demand for services, ConSova Corporation has 5 great career opportunities for individuals who enjoy working in an autonomous and challenging environment.  We are currently seeking exceptional individuals to work in our Wheat Ridge, CO office (2 miles outside of Denver) for our overpayment identification services.  These Associates will work with a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic and emerging health care company.  Responsibilities include, reviewing client claims encounter data to identify and confirm overpayments with physicians and hospitals.  Specifically in the areas of Duplicate Payments, Coordination of Benefits and Contractual Overpayments.  This Associate will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritize, coordinate, handle multiple activities, provide attention to detail and be flexible in our fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.  We offer an incentive based compensation, annual performance bonus, generous vacation and other benefit packages as well as an opportunity to grow with an exciting company.

 

Requirements:

This position requires 3-5 years of experience working in a managed care environment.  Candidate must be familiar with CPT-IV, HCPC, DRG and ICD9 coding.  User experience with Microsoft Access and Excel is preferred.
