Claims Analyst (Snr.) - Employment law and/or insurance background.  Ability to work independently.  Bachelor's degree required.

 

Legal Secretary (top-level) - Direct hire w/great salary and benefits.  Must have 3-4 years of litigation.  Familiar with all aspects of litigation including electronic filing.  Excellent computer skills required.  Medical Malpractice experience is a plus.

 

Legal Secretary - Direct hire.  Family law and Real estate. Experience with Probate pleadings and real estate closings required.

 

Collection Paralegal - F-T direct hire position in firm.  Commercial litigation/bankruptcy experience helpful.  Benefits included.

 

Bookkeeper - F-T direct hire position for medium-sized firm.  Must have full knowledge and experience with all aspects of bookkeeping.Collection experience required as well.

 

Assistant - Earn extra money on an as-needed basis with P-T sporadic hours during the week which may include some Saturdays.  Duties include helping an interior designer with various tasks including moving furniture, picture hanging, etc.  Must have pleasant personality and be dependable.
