As the Tax Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the Tax Accounting staff in coordination and completion of tax related issues within the mutual fund industry.  Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate presentation of all tax information provided to clients and shareholders.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree, 7+ years of job related experience.Requires Regulated Investment Company, Real Estate Investment Trust or related investment industry experience Sr. Tax Manager, Wilmington, DEPFPC is currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager for out Wilmington Tax Group.  In this role the candidate will review various analyses of tax provisions, Excise tax, Sub Chapter M compliance and annual reports for all open tax years prepared by a Tax Manager. Prepare/review write ups on tax positions taken by clients. Coordinate the FIN 48 process with internal departments and liaison with clients and outside CPA firms. The ideal candidate will posses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of job related experience. Income tax experience and/or investment company industry experience is a must. Tax Supervisor, Valley Forge, PAPFPC is currently seeking a Tax Supervisor for our Valley Forge Tax Group As the Tax Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Tax Manager in overseeing the Tax Accounting staff in coordination and completion of tax related issues within the mutual fund industry.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of job related experienceRequires Regulated Investment Company, Real Estate Investment Trust or related investment industry experience Sr. Tax Analyst and Tax Analyst Opportunities, DE & PACandidates interested in working in mutual fund taxation should have a BS in Accounting or Finance; advanced degrees and/or certifications are desirable. Prior mutual fund or general tax experience required for the Sr. Tax Analyst position.
