PRICING ANALYST

Zag works closely with a nationwide network of premium dealers that have agreed to provide up-front discounted pricing and a no-hassle delivery process. Zag’s participating dealers have made this special arrangement because Zag works only with large affinity groups and national brands.

 

We are actively seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic growing company. Ours is a fast-paced business environment that requires the candidate to be extremely detailed-oriented, organized, hardworking, proactive, energetic, and self-motivated. This person will be responsible for gathering data from various sources, entering data into Zag systems, researching discrepancies, and maintaining the integrity and quality of the dealer pricing database.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following areas: Ability to perform all functions independently with minimal supervision. Assist team and department as needed.Great attention to detail and organization. Positive attitude, good initiative, and enthusiasm for the automotive businessDevelop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal assistance. Maintain clear verbal and written communication with peers, supervisor, and business units. Self motivation and completion of daily tasks and additional projects in a timely manner.Ability to identify and escalate any anomalies to Pricing Manager and Account Managers.Help guide department processes and seek efficiency in daily production.

 

Education and Experience required: BS/BA Degree: Business, Finance/Economics, or Mathematics preferred. PC skills: proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, Access/database knowledge a plus. Good oral and written communication skills.
