About the Company Cement manufacturer looking for experienced office assistant. Duties include answering phones, AP, AR, Month end closing writing orders, customer service. Must be reliable and punctual. Will be assisting the Office Manager and other office staff with miscellaneous tasks. Must have good customer service skills and the ability to follow written and verbal directions. Skills needed include: alpha and numerical filing, Microsoft Excel and Word and data entry. Practiced documentation skills.

Able to independently oversee details of meeting planning and event coordination.

Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management.

Effectively maintains appointment schedules. Plans and schedules meetings, conferences, and travel.

Excellent phone skills. Efficiently answers and directs inquiries, takes thorough messages.

Ability to plan travel arrangements that take into account individual preferences, budget, and time constraints.

Ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with clients.

Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.

Can be trusted to keep sensitive information secure.
