Partner/Senior Manager - International Audit

Responsibilities:The primary mission of this position is to provide leadership, management and strategic direction enabling the Firm to be recognized as the premier CPA and consulting firm serving the international audit industry. The candidate will also understand and support the firm's strategic direction and focus. This position through personal efforts or by delegating to others with appropriate follow-up and accountability - is responsible for the following:

- Practice Management
- New Business Development
- Project Management
- People Management
- Client Management
- Technical and QA Support
- Communication

Qualifications:

Recognized industry expert with a minumum of ten plus years of well rounded experience working with international audit clients. An undergraduate degree in accounting and a CPA along with excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communications skills, ability to effectively manage and mentor a staff.
