Payment Posting Supervisor

Due to the overwhelming growth in our company, we are seeking individuals with experience as a Supervisor of Posting/Processing Payments area to work with our Finance Department and to help us to continue the growth of our organization.



Job Description
Manage all day-to-day operations including daily reconciliation, bank deposit, payment processing, pay by phone operations and employee training.
Participate in frequent audits with key clients.
Responsible for the appropriate staffing of the department as well as handling employee related issues, performance reviews, and staff development.

Reiterate quality initiative and institute policy and procedures with staff.

As well as be the liaison to the Banking Institutions, Finance, Audit, Legal and Operations.

 

 

Requirements:

Candidate must be able to deal with a fast pace environment.

Candidate must have a financial background.

Candidate should have a bachelor degree.

Candidate should have at least 3 years of finance experience.

Candidate must have prior supervisor or management experience.

Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills.

Payment Posting/Processing and 10-key Data Entry experience.
