Success in this challenging role can quickly open the doors for an exceptional and advanced career path. Are you up for the challenge… and the rewards? About the Position: In this dynamic and diverse position, you will be responsible for…  Review and verify timesheets for payroll entry Prepare bi-weekly payroll Accounting journal entries - including reconciliations of payroll related General Ledger accounts 401K journal entries, edits, and annual census HSA deposits, reconciliations and journal entries Prepare applications and filings for state and local jurisdictions Reconcile Insurance billings to payroll records Responsible for content and distribution of year end W-2's Reconcile payroll and benefit related balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis Ensure compliance with all garnishment and support orders: federal, state, and local tax withholding Improve payroll processing proactively and continuously Resolve non-routine payroll problems Serve as a liaison to the HR department and other departments and locations in the resolution of payroll problems Ensure compliance with SOX and other payroll policies and procedures, Ensure compliance with benefits plans, labor laws, and payroll tax related matters. To be immediately and seriously considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must have the following… Professional Background: · 5+ years payroll accounting and processing experience using ADP PayEx and EZ Labor· Must have a strong financial accounting background and understanding of payroll· Microsoft Office proficiency· Must demonstrate ability to solve problems and work through complex issues· Must be able to plan and organize workload appropriately to meet deadlines.· Must be accurate and detail oriented in their work. · Must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with employees, managers and other departments· Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information in a mature and non-judgmental manner. Compensation & Benefits: To attract the best, this position offers an outstanding and highly competitive compensation and benefits package that includes an exceptional base salary, and some of the finest and most comprehensive benefits available!    All About People is a Professional Hiring Organization placing professionals in a wide range of industries.
