Payroll Assistant

We are the US branch of a global recruitment group based in the Galleria area of Houston seeking a Payroll Aassistant to join our team.  The Payroll Assistant will report directly to the Payroll Supervisor and will support the full cycle of the payroll delivery including:-    Collection and verification of personnel time sheets and expense claims-    Filing and maintenance of employee records-    Other duties supporting payroll & accounting functions as required This is an entry level position and offers the opportunity to develop within a payroll / accounting function or elsewhere within the company.  Some experience of working within a payroll function would be preferred, however we are also willing to consider applications from recent graduates.  Please send your most up-to-date resume with a daytime contact number to: Jennifer Ozuna - jozuna@fircroft.com .
