Aspect is currently seeking a Payroll associate in our Chelmsford, MA location

Job Description:
Processing US payroll for approx 650 of the company's 1300 employees. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Timecard processing
Bonuses Commissions Deduction updating Garnishments
Manual check processing
Monthly payroll metrics reporting
Research and resolution of employee questions
Miscellaneous projects as needed

Qualifications:
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work independantly and also as part of a team
Able to multi-task ADP PCPW and ReportSmith experience
Canada payroll experience a plus but not required
MS Office
