Payroll Clerk / Specialist

Payroll Positions



We are currently working with several great employers looking to fill payroll roles.  We have the following openings presently available:Payroll Specialist, Lenexa - $35k annual salaryIdeal candidate will have union payroll experience in Ceridian or OraclePayroll Specialist, Overland Park - $38k annual salaryIdeal candidate will have PeopleSoft experience and large volume processingPayroll Clerk/HR Assistant, Kansas City - $14-18/hour Contract ONLYCandidate must possess some HR generalist experience and payroll skillsPayroll Specialist, Overland Park - $14-16/hour Part-Time (25 Hours/Week) Need someone with great ADP experience open to working part-time


Minimum Requirements for any of these roles:

High school diploma is required, associate or bachelor degree is a plus. Minimum of 2-5 years of payroll experience required. Understanding of state and federal payroll tax and basic OT laws.Experience with ADP, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Oracle or other payroll system a major plus. Intermediate experience with MS Office applications, including Excel, and Word as well as electronic mail and Internet applications. Strong work ethic coupled with the ability to handle confidential information. Excellent organizational ability required to handle multiple priorities and unexpected interruptions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
