  The person selected will be responsible for: Providing excellent customer service to clients.  Timely and accurate set up of new client accounts. Keying and balancing of clients YTD wages and tax liabilities.  Thorough review of all new account set ups. Support client calls regarding payroll software and general payroll needs.  Provides customer support to remote clients by WebEx.  Review reports with the client  Analyzes client needs and provides proper recommendations for product features/enhancements to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  Proper handling of client confidential information.

 

Requirements; Associate degree in accounting or business discipline Minimum one year recent payroll experience Payroll knowledge preferred. Enjoy a team orientated environment, have good customer service skills. Grow with us in our new building.
