Payroll Coordinator

Large technical college is looking for a Payroll Coordinator with 5 - 10 years experience.  Must be able to hit the ground running and take charge of the entire payroll process for multiple locations throughout the country. Must have processed payroll for at least 700 employees.  Must be knowledgeable with garnishments, state and federal taxes, FICA and Medicare processes. Must be experienced with the entire payroll process; beginning to end as well as being able to put together quarterly unemployment taxes.  Experience with benefit deductions is also required.  Strong experience with ADP is absolutely required. Experience with EZ Labor time and attendance tracking software is preferred.
