DescriptionWould like like to be a part of an energetic team driving improvement throughout the Company?  We are looking for a US Payroll Manager to join our HR Department at our St. Paul location.Responsibilities: Oversee and manager the US payroll function Develop the US Payroll strategic plan Process semi-monthly payroll for employees located across the US Manage the payroll tax function Develop best payroll practices and reporting capabilities Manager the 401K Plan Administration discrimination testing activities and audit Manage the finance aspect of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Team with finance on tax and payroll reconciliation Team with HR on Cafeteria plan discrimination testing and benefit deduction audits Research and correctly interpret employment regulations across all states Partner with legal for the workers' compensation audit Other duties as assignedEducation/Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience At least 5 years relevant experience in a fast paced environment An excellent track record of managing a function and obtaining results Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills and experience and an understanding of using system applications Experience using payroll systems Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills Proven leadership abilitySecure Computing offers a dynamic work environment and a spirit of innovation.  We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.  We recognize and reward outstanding performance.Secure Computing is an Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer.
