Payroll Manager
Accomplished hands on Payroll Manager with 7-10 years of experience with increasing responsibility. Ideal candidate must have processing and managing experience with payroll for small to mid-sized companies with multi-state, multi-country experience. This position will also oversee stock plan administration, so stock plan experience is required. You will be responsible for through audit of current (ADP) system to make sure we are compliant with all local, state and federal laws. The ideal candidate will posses knowledge of and experience with most or all of the following: - Reviews legislation, regulations and case law to determine effect on operations - Makes presentations before management or employee groups regarding payroll, benefits and/or related topics. - Processing standard payroll (New Hire, Termination, sick/vacation/disability/LOA ) - Processing exceptions (Salary Increases, Garnishments, Sales Commissions/Incentive Bonuses) - Filing contractor report with state - General ledger entries - Assist with internal and external audit - Assist with SOX 404 compliance for quarter as well as year-end audit You will also be responsible for Stock Plan Administration. - Supervise the stock plan administration - Able to enter option grants, exercises, cancellations, and terminations into Equity Edge - Answer all questions regarding the stock plans - Assist with stock-related disclosures in 10Q/10K - Act as a liaison between HR and Finance on all stock issues - Responsible for the monthly reconciliation on GL for stock/payroll recurring accounts - Microsoft GP (formerly Great Plains) - preferred - Strong knowledge of the various Microsoft desktop applications such as Excel, Word, and Power Point - ADP Payroll System - Equity Edge - preferred - Equity Methods (FAS123r reporting database)- preferred - Must have excellent understanding of Payroll Accounting (Full cycle payroll with ability to handle confidential/proprietary information) - Highly organized, self motivated, creative thinker, and a flexible team player - Equity Edge system skills preferred - Strong written and oral communication skills across multiple levels, functions, and locations - Excellent problem solving skills - Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 7-10 years of experience - Travel Requirements: up to 10% - Lifting: Must ocassionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Work Environment: Standard office environment, minimal noise If interested, please apply online at http://track.jobviper.com/ViewJob.asp?id=505141-3-403 Reference Code: 1284 View all "Genomic Health" jobs
