Payroll Operations Manager (Client Services)

CompuPay, Inc., the nation’s largest privately held and fastest growing payroll outsourcing service, with an unparalleled commitment to excellence in the delivery of our payroll related products and services, is seeking a Client Service Payroll Operations Manager to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to CompuPay clients through the development and leadership of a team of payroll professionals.  Responsibilities will include:Develop and foster a department focused on providing a high level of customer services and quality consistently. Routinely monitor the efficiency and timeliness of the workflow to ensure that client processing deadlines and requirements are met.  Coordinate information sharing between departments to maintain an efficient and practical approach to the over-all delivery of payroll services and training to internal and external customers. Arrange necessary training of all staff to provide adequate backup for essential functions of the department. Develop and mentor employees  through honesty, objectivity, fairness and understanding. Support and coordination of new clients with the new accounts department and sales staff. Manages department attrition to company established goals and procedures Ensuring that company policies and procedures are being followed properly

Qualifications:§ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.§ Minimum four (4) years payroll processing experience § Minimum 2 years in a management or supervisory, or lead role § Working knowledge of payroll and payroll taxes § Good understanding of multi-state payroll processing practices§ Exceptional skills and ability toward positive customer service § Ability to function effectively in a multi-task environment§ Proficiency with MS Office § Ability to train and develop others, with strong commitment to fostering teamwork § Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills § Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills § Enjoy a fast-paced environment § Detail orientated, well organized with a high degree of accuracy § CPP and/or FPC Certifications desirable
