Payroll/Reporting Analyst

The Payroll/Reporting Analyst (PRA) is responsible for ensuring time keeping (Time Manager) information accurately reflects Associates’ worked time, communicating edits in line with corporate policy, completing biweekly payroll, completing required payroll audits, completing accurate invoices and gaining second level approval prior to submittal. PRA is also responsible for providing reporting as required by Operations and providing back up to WFM as required.

Qualifications: - High school diploma required - Two year college degree preferred - Customer Service experience preferred - WFM experience and/or IEX experience required - Experience with MS Office
