Payroll Specialist

 Andrews International, a full service provider of security and risk mitigation services throughout the United States and internationally, has an opportunity in the Valenica, CA area for a Payroll Specialist.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Sets up/verifies new employees in payroll system. Maintains employee benefit plan setups in payroll system and reconciles to statements quarterly.Updated direct deposit information in payroll system.Updated W4 changes in payroll system.Generates manual payroll checks for approved payroll discrepancies.Interacts with company personnel as required on a daily basis.

 

Successful, interested candidates must have 2-5 years previous Payroll experience plus:Experience using large payroll applications.Experience with Valiant Payroll/Billing software a huge plus.Attention to detail. Excellent organization skills.Employee relations.PC proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Salary will be in the $15.00-20.00range
