Payroll Specialist- RR

Our client is seeking to add an exceptional Payroll Specialist to a fast-paced payroll department.  Benefits: This Company is centrally located, and offers competitve compensation including excellent Vacation and Holiday Pay, Medical/Vision/Dental and Life insurance.  As a valued team member you will be responsible for:  · Inputting employee information data into ADP on a daily basis.· Manually entering changes to employee master files information as needed.  · Loading employee pay data into ADP on a pay period basis, and verifying entries in the payroll batches. · Manually calculating and entering timesheets as needed. · Transmission of payroll to ADP. · Verification of payroll reports to ensure accuracy of payroll checks prior to distributing to employees. · Distribution of payroll checks to multiple locations around the US. · Responsible for compliance to all company polices and procedures in order to adhere to all audit programs.  To qualify you must have: Excellent computer skills Experience using ADP and Millennium software.  Must have multi-state experience, including California. Must have a thorough understanding of Federal and State payroll laws. Able to work extended hours as needed. Experience processing payroll for tipped employees in multiple states an absolute must.
