Job Overview Lease portfolio administration as well as ensuring proper accounting and reporting in accordance to Financial Accounting Standards No. 13 and the company's policy.Job Functions1. Responsible for FAS 13 testing, structuring, and billing of leases2. Lease portfolio maintenance including research and resolution to portfolio related issues such as documentation, invoicing, taxes, and lease status3. Support and work closely with internal/external customers such as Tax department, Accounts Receivables, Regional Leasing Managers, Business Coordinators, Lessees, and internal/external auditors.4. Responsible for the General Ledger monthly close5. Responsible for monthly account reconciliations6. Assist with ad hoc financial reporting and projects Primary Qualifications BS in Accounting or Finance Preferred- Four years or more experience in the finance and accounting fields- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.- Lease Accounting Experience preferred- Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and customer service skills- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and handle high volume of transactions- Very good with attention to detail- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work well under minimal supervision and directionOther: Job requires extra hours at the end of each month when transaction volume is high, and at the beginning of the month for the month/quarter/year-end close.
