Posting Supervisor/Manager

ARS National Services, Inc., is a leading accts receivable management company specializing in consumer debt collections. We are currently in need of Posting Manager/Supervisor for our Corporate office located in Escondido.  Job Summary

 

Primary responsibilities will be to oversee the Company’s payment posting process and staff.  

 Essential Duties

 

§ Manage a group responsible for payment processing.

§ Maintain a daily/weekly/monthly checklist to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly.

§ Document and implement processes improvements and procedures for daily, weekly, and monthly processes

§ First point of contact for daily issues as they arise.

§ Review and research payments unable to post.

§ Act as a back up for daily posting as necessary.

§ Process client requests as necessary.

§ Increase efficiencies through process reengineering

§ Process client Direct Pay’s
