Pre-IPO Assistant Controller (Straight Public Accounting Okay)Salary:  $100-115k, plus bonusJob DescriptionIn this position, you will oversee all of the finance & accounting for corporate banking, insurance and credit, taxes and auditing, stock option and general administration. You will also do all the company’s financial forecasting, budgeting, & financial analysis.  This will include preparation for presentations to the Board of Directors and potential partners and investors. This position is with a start-up company, so this will require a hands-on Controller with senior management experience.  You will have 4 support staff to assist with the transactional Accounting.
