DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Timely and accurate billings to clients and custodians * Process domestic and international cash receipts into Great Plains Receivables and sub-ledgers * Reconciliation of sub-ledgers to General Ledger * Reconciliation of bank and custodian accounts * Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts * Assist with the month-end close, financial reporting and audit process * Provide analysis of systems and processes, offer suggestions, and assist in implementing improvements to current procedures QUALIFICATIONS: * 2+ years accounting experience preferred * BA/BS degree in Accounting required * Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills * Attention to detail a must * Ability to communicate and work well with other departments * Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel and Word skills ***We offer excellent salaries, a progressive environment with plenty of opportunity for career development, and a comprehensive benefits package*** Salary/Pay Rate: $55,000-$67,000 About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
