Job Description Job Description: Responsible for advancing the sale of Oracle Financial Management Applications Expected to work in a team environment made up of (at a minimum) sales reps, integration partners, technical consultants, and other functional consultants. Must have FMSa pplications background and have experience across several industries. Must be able to craft, sell, and differentiate a solution based upon customer requirements and pains. Present and articulate advanced product features and business benefits and the overall Oracle solutions value proposition. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Superior writing, speaking, and presentation skills are required. Must possess the core competencies and behaviors of a sales consultant including: understanding customer needs, presenting product demonstrations, and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications: Education: Systems, CPA, Computer Science or Industrial Engineer, MBA is desirable. Product knowledge: 3 years at least.(if not: is a must to to have accountancy and financial experience) Experience implementing FMSmodules at least during 3 years in different industries. Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and inter-personal skills Must work well independently, able to set own priorities and tasks. Able to travel as much as 50% within North Latin America and the Caribbean. Able to lead dynamic virtual teams, displaying passion and commitment to succeed.
