We have an opportunity with a growing insurance carrier in Wilmington, DE. Work First Casualty is seeking a qualified Premium Audit Manager to establish a Premium Audit department for our Company.

 

Work First Casualty is a growing insurance carrier specializing in providing Workers Compensation coverage to the Temporary Staffing industry throughout the United States. This opportunity has exciting growth potential as Work First continues to grow.



Responsibilities:

Development and execution of premium audit strategies Management of the processing of premium audits with internal staff and contract service providers Leading the efforts to effectively examine policyholders’ operations and financial records to ensure exposures are accurately calculated and reported Examine policyholders’ financial records and operations Ensure compliance with NCCI and all bureau requirements Establish quality control procedures Quickly and proactively engage in dispute resolution Assist in the development of systems to monitor regular reporting by insureds

Job Qualifications:

 A well rounded P&C background with at least 5 years auditing experience in Workers Compensation – knowledge of the staffing industry is a plus Proven Leadership ability with a clear vision for the department Proven technical knowledge of the premium audit process Proven time management skills Prior management experience preferred Effective written and verbal communication skills Extensive negotiation and dispute resolution skills Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
