Relevante is an Accounting & Technology Resourcing and Consulting Firm that providing Accounting and Technology Consultants to Fortune 1000 and other industry leaders within the metro markets of Philadelphia and New York City.  We are looking to add an experienced Recruiter to our current Recruitment Team as we expand our strong presence in the greater Philadelphia area. 

 

The successful Relevante Recruiter will work within a strong team-based environment to support our client’s staff augmentation needs by:

 

· Developing recruiting strategies and recruitment plans to attract mid to senior-level Finance and Accounting Professionals

· Developing relationships with prospective candidates via networking groups, cold-calling, referrals, and our existing database of 80,000 contacts

· Screening candidates via face-to-face interviews, phone interviews, and reference checks

· Utilizing creative, professional and ethical recruiting methods to identify top-performing candidates

 

 

The ideal Relevante Recruiter should possess the following qualifications: 

 A minimum of 3 years experience in the recruiting or staffing industry  Demonstrated ability to recruit mid to senior level Finance and Accounting ProfessionalsExhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesStrong computer skills in MS Word and Applicant Tracking Systems; Bullhorn a plus!Accounting / Finance Degree strongly preferred
