Principal Senior Internal AuditorFort Lauderdale, Florida This position is an integral part of Internal Audit.  This is a full time, position located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, working directly with the Senior Manager of Internal Audit in assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls. The Principal Senior Internal Auditor requires an individual that understands business process and internal controls, can test internal controls, and work effectively with management to identify resolutions to mitigate risk in new or changing business processes.  This is a career development role that offers an excellent opportunity to work with a wide variety of business organizations around the globe on challenging issues. This requires development of an in-depth understanding of the fundamental control responsibilities of the controllership function and the overall internal control environment of Citrix. The Principal Senior Internal Auditor will also gain excellent exposure to business leadership throughout the company.  Description:Conduct financial and operational audits for Citrix Systems in the United States and abroad.Analyze adequacy, reliability, and compliance of internal control systems. Identify process improvements that lead to cost savings or revenue enhancements opportunities.Review and evaluate corporate policies.Manage and complete assigned audit project objectives including: Planning Developing an audit program Documenting progress Work papers Findings Organizing review with Internal Audit management Provide supervision and development of less experienced team members.Apply accounting and auditing techniques within IIA standards.Develop professional, clear, and concise audit presentations.
