Bring your expertise to our innovative, performance-focused culture, and you will discover lasting rewards and the opportunity to take your career further than you can imagine.  Process Improvement Analyst*this position will be filled in our Indianapolis, IN location (Lytle Center) The Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for identifying process improvement strategies to achieve quality goals. Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Conducts assessments of current processes, reports and procedures. Identifies process improvements and recommends solutions for corrective, preventive actions. Collects data and performs quantitative analysis to substantiate assumptions. Performs any necessary ad hoc reporting. Coordinates training and documentation required by the changes. Measures outcomes of quality improvements using metrics and benchmarking criteria. Documents quality initiatives for regulatory requirements. Analyzes business process documentation to identify and implement process improvement and standardization. Analyzes and documents current state and future state process maps to: Write or modify detailed standard operating procedures. Identify and implement process improvements related to business process and tracking mechanisms.Performs interviews to develop and document business process opportunities for improvement and implementation of standard best practices. Researches processing issues to provide potential solutions. Participates in the development of policies and procedures to document processes, business rules and concepts. Utilizes metrics and other operational indicators to identify trends and potential process improvement / standardization. Performs data capture and develops metrics reports. Performs analysis of metrics and provides commentary for the Metrics Dashboard report. Develops and maintains metric data requirements and resolves issues. Develops and maintains procedure requirements. Participates in project meetings. Participates in other team deliverables, as assigned.

 The ideal candidate will have: Requires a BA/BS degree and 2 or more years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required Requires strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and PC skills PC proficiencies required Ability to travel maybe requiredSystem/Software Proficiencies: MS Excel - Advanced MS Access - Advanced BIS - Intermediate Essbase - Intermediate MS Visio - Intermediate MS Word - Intermediate Formatting Solutions Pro — Intermediate Snagit - Intermediate SharePoint — Intermediate MS Project - Intermediate MS Power Point - Intermediate
