Product Development Manager, Internet Media

The Manager, Product Development will be responsible for managing and overseeing new product introductions, as well as ongoing improvements of existing products, product lifecycle, and end-of-life. This position will also be based in our Silicon Valley Office and be responsible for aligning global capabilities with divisional and local needs, and assuring integration and quality of divisional or local product variations.

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years relevant experience within an Internet Media Company
- Passion for creating world-class business solutions that enable high-performance online advertising
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence executives, business leaders, and technology teams within a matrixed organization with significant regional autonomy
- Analytic mind & strong problem-solving capabilities evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze product concepts, strategic opportunities and competitive threats
- Strong product/project management skills
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build rapport
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, preferably in more than one language
- Ability to travel domestically, internationally, and to work hours suitable to whatever time zone a key project may require
- Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Travel Meta-Search
- Understand how advertisers/media planners buy and manage media campaigns
- Understand how publishers package and sell internet media in a variety of channels/formats
- Experience with agile software development techniques a plus
