Productivity Manager

The Productivity Manager is responsible to monitor and manage productivity for locations in the Dallas/East Texas district by analyzing route statistics, cost factors, and profitability margins.  Specific duties include:Interfacing with operations to establish productivity benchmarks for each routeDaily monitoring of the actual productivity by route versus the benchmarkCreation of daily variance reports with explanations for any variancesInterfacing with operations to resolve any unnecessary ongoing negative variancesRegular reviews of the customer base by route to identify any unproductive or unprofitable accounts and working with the sales department to remedy any such situations.Regular analysis of the service offerings by route and by customer to maximize productivity potential

Qualified candidates will have a college degree and strong analytical and computer skills, particularly Excel.  As an individual contributor, you must be able to work with minimal supervision and interact well with all levels of employees.  This position will require some travel.
