Functions will include review of multiple bank accounts, routine transfers among operating and non-operating accounts, daily reconciliations between bank infomration and internal accounting information, accounting for multiple locations and reconciling totals, reporting data to management, support on cash forecasts, GL postings, deposit and transfer confirmations, etc. Prior experience in accounting and cash management required. Will be responsible for checking patients in, collecting co-pays/ bills that are due and posting in system, answer phones, coordinate with staff counselors and other various reception/administrative tasks.
