Project Accounting Consultant

 

Our well established client is seeking a Project Accounting Consultant who will be responsible for recording and reconciling construction activity for a number of projects.  Position will include extensive interaction with project managers, landlords and vendors.  Must have 3-5 years project accounting experience, preferably in construction industry.  Fixed asset and lease accounting experience required.  Strong communication skills will be critical to success in this role.  Must have excellent technology skills including Excel and proficiency using various software systems and a thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Strong organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects and to prioritize tasks a must. 

 

Candidate will have a four year degree in Accounting, CPA preferred, but not required and a minimum of three years relevant work experience.
