Summary:  Responsible for set up of collection specifications that maximize collection and delivery efficiency as well as protect profit margin by producing high quality data with no rework or compromise of client commitments.  Supports the Field organization and becomes Field subject matter expert. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:Serves as collection and retail environment specialist. Contributes to quality enhancements, standardization of collection specs and web reports for Field management.Interacts with Project Managers to ensure alignment between client requirements and collection specs.Coordinates Field input and feedback process to maximize collection efficiency.Point of entry for Field questions.  Communicates responses and solutions to Field questions prior to and during collections.Participates in post-mortem analysis of collection results.Provides inputs for weekly standardized collection rate model to ensure correct FSR pay and margin protection.Coordinates the Field Capacity task and weekly Field Capacity Report.Analyzes and/or produces on-going or ad-hoc reports for Field and collection outputs.Applies collection set-ups that minimize collection cost and maximize profit margin.Analyzes collection results (i.e. collection pacing and “early QA”) during collection and provides finding to Project and Field management.

Qualifications:  Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Communications; CPG experience preferred; 3+ years of relevant work experience
