Responsibilities:

The following is a list of general responsibilities for this position. It is understood that these general responsibilities are not inclusive of all the duties that this position requires, but instead, are intended as a general scope of work.

·Ensures the timely payment of subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices for specific project assignments.

·Responsible for processing subcontractor requisitions, vendor invoices and all supporting documentation required by the accounting policies and procedures.

·Prepares the monthly project billing to an owner by providing copies of all supporting cost documentation.

· Responsible for maintaining organized and accurate records of all paid invoices and control reports.

·Any other services, acts or things necessary or advisable to manage and conduct the business of the Company.

Other duties may be assigned, if deemed necessary, by the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·4-6 years construction accounting experience, including accounts payable processing.

· Experience with job cost accounting software.

· Computer skills should include Microsoft Word & Excel.

· Experience with AIA billing documents.

· A BS/BA in Finance or Accounting.
