Description:

The main responsibility of this position is to work in conjunction with corporate representatives in revenue generating efforts in the US market through effective and results-focused project support. Key activities include evaluating customer requests, strategizing solutions, and forging business partnerships and provide the highest level of customer service for our internal partners as well as our customers.
Responsibilities:Build and maintain a close relationship with the corporate team via phone, email, instant message, and/or face to face communication Understand field needs and requirements by demonstrating outstanding time management, follow-through, and problem solving skills Basic Quoting Support, ccreate or adjust quotes, including quality assurance checks Use Excel to analyze quote and contract data from various reporting tools Coordinate project completion with cross-functional teams, such as IT and Customer Service Provide input on current resources and ideas to improve them Management of Day to Day Issues Support special project requests
Qualifications:3+ years in customer service and/or administrative experience preferred. Result oriented. Ability to achieve goals on a monthly basis. Ability to work in a very fast pace and high pressure environment Ability to develop good relationships with internal partners as well as Customers Attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple tasks through to completion Ability to learn quickly Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with little or no supervision in a team environment Possess a positive attitude while working in both a team environment and individually Sensitive to sales situations and driven to close business Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks requiring internal research and customer interfacing Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, web navigation) and quantitative analytical abilities Must be flexible with changing job requirements as the team grows
Education and Experience:Minimum AA degree with 5 years of customer service and/or administrative experience or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience
