Project Manager

ResponsibilitiesSPS management team is looking for four experienced project managers to facilitate the transition of certain Investment Banking Operations functions to near-shore / off-shore locations. Project managers will interact with business, technical, regulatory, legal and receiving location managers and be responsible for managing project deadlines, status reporting, quality assurance and ensuring that regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Project managers will directly manage a team of 3 to 10 business analysts / trainees who will create and / or update process documentation. RequirementsExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Candidates must be proactive, team-oriented and flexible with a proven track record of successfully managing projects through full lifecycles.
